Registration Guidelines

  • Registered members are required to promptly provide payment intimation.
  • After completion of registration, every participant is required to send a scanned copy of the registration fee receipt or transaction proof to us immediately via Email
  • No modifications to papers will be accepted after the final submission date.
  • Only one author or co-author is allowed per registration.
  • n case of late registration, contact the coordinator promptly.
  • Download the registration form after payment, fill it, and send it to info@lasmcer.com

Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation Policy: Refunds based on the following timeline.
  • 60 days before the conference: 60% refundable
  • 30-60 days before the conference: 40% refundable
  • No refunds one month prior to the conference.
Refund policy
  • Refund policy allows transfer to friends or colleagues.
  • Certification issued to the attending person.
  • Registration can be transferred to another event.
  • Refund processing within 2-4 weeks post-conference, excluding transaction charges.
Visa Information
  • IFERP Academy will not contact embassies or consulates for visa applicants.
  • Delegates must apply for a Business Visa.
  • Failed visa applications are not considered for cancellation, including the inability to obtain a visa.
